$850 / 1br - Private room rental on animal sanctuary (Crescent City FL)

We have a lovely private room in a newly being renovated house located on a lovely 28 acre pond on a 15 acre nonprofit animal sanctuary with animals ranging from horses to pigmy goats to cats, dogs, peacocks, and even a llama.
We also train therapy dogs for children with special needs.

$850 per month plus a small portion for utilities.

We are 35 minutes from Palm Coast, Deland and Palatka civilization! Volunteer assistance working with our animals is appreciated but not mandatory.
