We have an immediate opening for a Help Desk Administrator reporting to the Manager of IT for daily assignments and operations.
The candidate should be an energetic team player with a willingness to learn and grow in a diverse environment.
The successful candidate will provide daily technical support to on-site and remote staff, clients, and respondents.
The Help Desk Administrator will maintain documentation and inventory of all assets and manuals.
This position requires rotating on-call responsibilities to support sites in other time zones.
Hours are 9 am to 6 pm M-F Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k)
JOB DESCRIPTION
* Provide a high level of customer service with phone and hands-on support to technical issues
* Fully document all work done via the helpdesk ticketing system
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, mobile devices, and peripherals
* Monitor network and computer systems to ensure security and improve performance
* Collaborate with project managers to support field work
* Produce, maintain, and update technical documentation
* Maintain an up to date inventory of all assets
* Assist with onboarding of new users
* Ongoing continuing education via online courses as needed, provided by employer.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Associate degree in a related field or comparable experience
* 1+ years technical support experience
* 1+ years’ experience with Microsoft Windows 7+ and Office 365
* 1+ years’ experience supporting Active Directory Users and Computers
* Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with computer systems, mobile devices, and peripherals
* Experience with PC network concepts, including routing, switching, VoIP and standard Internet Protocols is a plus
* Experience with Linux based systems a plus
* Experience with the Azure Cloud Computing Platform a plus
* CompTIA A+, Network+ is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.
00 - $40,000.
