*We are looking for an exceptional Regional Clinical Director to oversee the clinical departments at our Florida sites.
These sites are located in Palm Beach, Daytona Beach, Paisley, Greenville, Jasper, and DeFuniak Springs.

*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:* * Designs and reviews special management programs and presents these programs to the multidisciplinary team, treatment committee and/or group living staff.
* Reviews and approves individual treatment plans and progress reports for all youth.
Special attention given to youth with mental health issues and receiving psychotropic medication.
* Works closely with Case Management and the Clinical Team regarding the mental health needs of students, assisting in the behavior management of students with mental illness or mental issues.
* Develops treatment program schedules and calendars with the approval of the Director of Student Services or Program Director (determined by site).
Coordinates scheduling of on-site therapeutic services (groups).
* Coordinates contracted services (psychological, psychiatric, specialized treatment and community programs).
* Assures the continuity of care for students by making appropriate mental health referrals and providing necessary information and documentation for transition to receiving units, facilities or agencies.
* Monitors, evaluates and corrects the daily performance of all program staff.
Provides on-going clinical supervision to the therapeutic personnel regarding treatment and gender-specific issues.
* Provides individual, group and family services along with the documentation of these services.
* Oversees and evaluates individual, group, family and case management services provided by the therapeutic personnel.
* Reviews and analyzes current program elements, provides suggestions and direction to the Site Management Committee and/or Program Director to ensure the highest standards are maintained to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct and to ensure the program remains in compliance with agency licensing and Rite of Passage policies and procedures.
* Acts as a hearing officer at some sites.
Reviews and responds to student grievances and allegations of abuse and neglect (all sites).
* Reviews students on or removed from suicide watch and provides crisis intervention and de-briefings.
* Works closely with the psychiatrist regarding emergency and non-emergency transfer for students experiencing acute mental health crisis.
Coordinates hospitalization of students if necessary.
* Adheres to the facility and daily schedules.
* Responsible for hiring, evaluations, commendations, reprimands and dismissals regarding supervised staff.
* Reviews, revises and approves time and attendance in the system for supervised staff, if applicable.
* Assists the Director of Student Services or Program Director (determined by site) with developing supervised staff by creating, initiating and implementing training programs and action plans.
*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:* * Masters Degree in Social Work or Human Services.
Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Psy.
D.
or Ph.
D.
) preferred.
* Current State licensure - LCSW, LMFT or LPC along with CACIII preferred.
* Five years of clinical and administrative experience in a hospital or residential setting preferred.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects.
* Good interpersonal skills including the ability to interview potential employees if required.
* If required to operate a company vehicle during the course of employment, must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver.
Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.
* Strong knowledge of overall company operations and policies and procedures.
* Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
