I recently upgraded my Emerson Sensi Wi-Fi Thermostat from a model ST55 to a Sensi Touch Wi-Fi Thermostat which was a Christmas Gift.
The Sensi Thermostat is Model ST55 and is less than one year old.
I used it for my AC/HP in my beach house.
It is Wi-Fi compatible with the Sensi app on your smart phone.
It is simple to install on the wall and even easier to get it connected to the Sensi app on your phone.
You must have a Wi-Fi connection at home with a router.
I would even install it for you for a small fee provided you have the correct thermostat wiring already there and a Wi-Fi connection if you want to control your thermostat with your smart phone.
