Here is a Sunbeam Radiant Control toaster around 40 years old.
This is one of the famous elevator toasters.
You set the bread in the slots and it slowly descends into the toaster automatically and when cooked to your desired shade setting, it slowly and quietly rises back up like an elevator.
It works perfectly.
This toaster looks great.
The inside is perfectly clean (no burnt carbon residue).
It absolutely glistens inside and out.
The chrome is like a mirror with just a few light scratches from use that can only be seen up close, and the bakelite has one repair on the handle barely noticeable.
