MDS Coordinator

As a Bedrock Care MDS Coordinator you are entrusted with the resposibility of caring of our residents, families, co-workers.
visitiors and all others; as well as demostrating in all interactions.
The primary purpose of your job position is to coordiante the entrie RAI process assuring the accuracy, timeless and completion of the MDS, CAAs and interdiciplinary Care plan for all residents in the facility in accordance with all federal and state, certification guidelines.
The MDS Coordinator monitors and documents the management of the Medicare and Managed Care residents in collaboration with facility team members.
You are entrusted to provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that contunually improve systems and processes to achive suprior results.
