LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Cardiology

Duties: - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed - Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information - Assist with discharge planning and coordination of care - Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans - Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families - Perform coding and documentation of patient encounters - Assist with sterile processing and maintaining a clean and safe environment Qualifications: - Valid LPN license in the state of {location} - Experience in Cardiology - Knowledge of airway management techniques and sterile processing procedures - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with healthcare professionals This position requires a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse who is passionate about providing high-quality patient care.
