Must be a CNA with at least 1 year home care experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing to clients
Assist with medications
Monitor and record vital signs, as well as any changes in the client's condition
Provide mobility assistance and support for safe transfers
Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, vacuuming, and cleaning as necessary
Engage in meaningful activities with clients to promote physical and mental stimulation
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes or concerns to your supervisor
Adhere to all healthcare and safety regulations and guidelines
Qualifications:
Must be a CNA to qualify
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in healthcare, nursing, or a related field is preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in providing care to elderly or disabled individuals in a home or healthcare setting
Certification in CPR and First Aid
Current TB test within last month
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and transfer clients who require assistance with mobility
Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach to perform various tasks
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
