Respiratory Therapist - Night shift - $1512/Week - 1 Openings

Responsibilities: - Provide respiratory therapy to patients in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities - Perform patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitor and adjust ventilator settings for patients requiring mechanical ventilation - Conduct diagnostic tests to evaluate lung function and assess respiratory status - Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care - Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and disease management - Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records Skills: - Proficient in airway management techniques, including intubation and extubation - Experience in acute care settings, such as intensive care units (ICUs) or emergency departments - Knowledge of medication administration related to respiratory therapy - Familiarity with medical terminology and ability to interpret physician orders - Ability to operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment and ventilators - Competent in performing basic life support procedures, including CPR - Strong patient assessment skills, including monitoring vital signs and interpreting diagnostic results Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
