Work in exchange for place to live/reduced rent- $400

I can pay $400/month which you can use towards utilities or other household expenses or whatever you want.
But for the rest of December, I can only work around the house in lieu of rent.
I'll have money on Jan.
3rd but please don't ask me then for a deposit on top of the $400.
