All I need is an efficiency, studio, a/c garage, private patio or a room that has some outdoor space, I am quiet, my dogs love everyone, I work and come home to be with them.
I am sick of the bad ppl in the world, I want to be alone but I am kind, friendly, clean and polite.
I will cook and/or clean to help out if I can just live peacefully.
