Fully furnished with newer modern furniture, student desk, desk chair, 65” 4K smart tv in your bedroom, and a newer queen size pillow top luxury mattress ($2000) The house is always extremely clean and quiet and must stay that way Absolutely zero tolerance for any type of drugs or alcohol abuse.
No smoking anywhere on property including outside of the house.
Rent includes absolutely everything.
There will never be any added expenses.
Our maid comes every 3 weeks to thoroughly clean all the common areas Perfect for flight students, BCU students , young professionals, and all other college students who are serious about their studies and their future.
Absolutely no parties allowed All roommates are allowed to have one guest visit per week maximum.
However , most of the roommates do not ever have guests over the house.
Everyone is very busy with school and work and keeps to themselves.
This is not a social house or place to have friends over.
