PROS : - Pet Friendly 🐾 - Parents with Kids Ok ( I am a single dad and have a daughter as well, so no creeps allowed in my home ) - BILLS ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR MONTHLY RENT 🥴 - Access to Hulu, Prime Video, and we can discuss getting more! 🤯 - Pest Control & Lawn Care Included of course.
- DRAMA FREE HOUSEHOLD 🫡 - Will be making repairs along the way, so improvements will continue to happen.
