Hello, I'm an IT professional that recently moved to the area and am looking for a roommate for my 2bd 2br unit.
I live alone.
I travel a lot for my job and even when I'm in town I'm at the gym, running, surfing or studying.
I'm introverted but prefer to have intellectual conversations once in a while.
The apt complex is called The Groves.
It has a gym, two pools and is very quiet and safe.
It's next to a shopping center that has a Walmart and other stores.
The place is minimalist furnishing (see photos).
I keep it very clean and simple.
You might want to get your own furniture but can accommodate.
You have your own bedroom with direct access to your separate closet room and bathroom.
There is a balcony with a view on the temporary lake and the Florida jungle.
The unit has laundry, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and multiple closets.
